  • Enduradad Run329, The bike will be hard because it has a series of hills and Sugarloaf is the highest point in Fla. If temps stay moderate you'll be ok. The run will be on a paved trails if they stay with last years course. I loved to old course around the lake, but I understand going to trails and not having to close as many roads. Last time I did the run the trails had a lot of dark sections? Doing Disney will prove you to be a real IM. My 2nd IM I did NASA and Sea World with my kids and still had a fun race. When race gets close I can give you tips on how to help your family have fun. I have 5 kids and learned a few tricks so they can have fun too.

  • Enduradad I doubt it will. I've done this race 6 times. This is a great event. The course is very challenging and well supported.
